A high-growth, globally recognised specialty beverage brand is looking for a Franchise Development Manager to drive expansion across the East Coast. This is a field-based, high-impact role for someone who lives and breathes franchise growth - from prospecting new partners to getting new locations open.

• Identify, qualify, and close new franchise partners across East Coast markets - single and multi-unit operators
• Manage the full franchise sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools, industry events, and referral networks
• Support new franchisees through site selection, pre-opening, and grand opening
• Target non-traditional venues - airports, universities, travel hubs - as well as traditional retail
• Report on pipeline, conversion rates, and market development to senior leadership

• 3-6 years in franchise development, franchise sales, or BD within restaurants, F&B, or specialty beverage
• Proven track record closing franchise agreements with single and multi-unit operators
• Background in fast-casual, QSR, or beverage concepts strongly preferred
• Non-traditional venue experience a big plus
• Strong commercial acumen, CRM discipline, and comfortable with regular East Coast travel
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
