Showroom Manager - Miami, FL

Our client, a growing luxury eyewear and accessories company, is seeking an entrepreneurial Showroom Manager & Live Host to lead its Miami Beach location. The showroom operates as an appointment-driven destination serving luxury clients, stylists, and other high-profile customers, while also supporting a rapidly growing livestream and e-commerce business. The ideal candidate is a strong luxury seller with deep South Florida relationships who can build clientele, confidently sell on camera, lead a small team, and independently oversee the day-to-day business.

• Own the day-to-day performance and operations of the Miami Beach showroom with a high degree of independence
• Drive sales through private appointments, proactive clienteling, outreach, local partnerships, and relationship development
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, stylists, hospitality partners, galleries, creators, and other members of the South Florida luxury community
• Develop new business beyond traditional walk-in traffic through networking and local market activation
• Host approximately two livestream selling sessions per week and confidently present products and engage customers on camera
• Plan and execute showroom events, activations, private appointments, and other initiatives designed to increase visibility and sales
• Recruit, train, develop, and lead a small Miami-based showroom and fulfillment team
• Establish a strong clienteling culture and ensure consistent outreach and relationship management across the team
• Oversee local e-commerce fulfillment, including inventory-controlled stock, order processing, shipping, returns, and inventory counts
• Maintain high standards for fulfillment accuracy and timely domestic order dispatch
• Ensure the showroom is prepared to support livestream sales and associated fulfillment needs
• Provide regular reporting on showroom sales, client activity, livestream performance, fulfillment, team performance, and operational priorities
• Serve as the senior leader on-site and proactively resolve business and operational issues as they arise

• 3+ years of sales experience within luxury retail, boutique, gallery, or high-end hospitality in South Florida
• Strong luxury selling and clienteling experience; an established personal client book is strongly preferred
• Existing relationships within the Miami/South Florida luxury community that can be activated to generate business
• Leadership experience or demonstrated readiness to recruit, develop, and lead a small team
• Experience operating independently in an environment where senior leadership is not physically on-site
• Comfortable and engaging on camera with the ability to sell products through livestream or digital channels
• Experience with inventory, shipping, fulfillment, or other stock-controlled operations
• Strong communication skills with a polished, outgoing, and client-facing presence
• Entrepreneurial and proactive approach with the ability to identify opportunities and build business beyond existing traffic
• Strong judgment, organization, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple areas of the business simultaneously
• Must be available to start by mid-November 2026
• Full availability for Art Basel week, December 3–6, is required
