Event Specialist

Miami, FL | Full-Time

We’re looking for an outgoing and motivated Event Specialist to work at pop-up events, promotional campaigns, and other in-person marketing activities throughout the Miami area.

This is a customer-facing position with a strong sales component. You’ll interact directly with event attendees, introduce featured products and services, identify customer interest, and help guide conversations toward a purchase or enrollment. You’ll also assist with keeping event materials, displays, and customer areas organized throughout each event.

The ideal candidate is confident approaching new people, enjoys working in busy environments, and is comfortable combining customer service with sales-focused responsibilities.

• Approach and engage attendees during pop-up events and promotional activities.
• Start conversations with prospective customers and identify their interests or needs.
• Introduce featured products and services to event attendees.
• Explain available options, features, and relevant offer details.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
• Demonstrate products or explain how services work when appropriate.
• Help interested customers compare available options.
• Recommend suitable products or services based on the customer’s stated needs.
• Assist customers through the purchasing or enrollment process.
• Respond to common questions or concerns that arise during sales conversations.
• Maintain familiarity with featured products, services, and current offers.
• Help generate customer interest during periods of high event traffic.
• Assist with promotional materials, product displays, and customer-facing event areas.
• Keep displays and informational resources organized and available throughout the event.
• Monitor supplies and replenish materials when necessary.
• Communicate customer feedback and frequently asked questions to the team.
• Work alongside other event team members to support daily sales activity.
• Assist with basic setup and breakdown of pop-up event areas.
• Maintain a professional and engaging presence throughout each event.

• Availability for occasional evening and weekend events.
• Ability to lift or move event materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
