Total €100,000 OTE Package, base salary of €50,000.

We are looking for anIn-Market Sales Managerto serve as the primary commercial engine and brand guardian for Formula E in Miami. This isn't just a sales position; it is a mission-critical role where you will bridge the gap between global strategy and local execution, ensuring the Miami E-Prix is a sold-out, commercial powerhouse event.

You will balance revenue generation with strategic brand management, ensuring that while the world watches the race, the local market is fully integrated, invested and inspired.

• Revenue Generation & Pipeline Command:
  You own the local bottom line. Your mission is to achieve 100% of assigned revenue targets by identifying and securing commercial opportunities outside of our global partner ecosystem. From the proactive sale of premium Race Suites and B2B ticketing bundles to securing local sponsorship inventory, you are responsible for the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation to the final handshake.

• Brand Positioning & Commercial Intelligence:
  You are the conduit between our Global Marketing team and the Miami market. You will establish the Miami E-Prix as an essential fixture on South Florida’s competitive sporting, social, and corporate calendars. You will represent Formula E across local chambers of commerce, industry summits and executive networking circles, gathering real-time intelligence on regional corporate entertaining trends, tech/finance hospitality spend and brand ESG goals to continually sharpen our commercial offering.

• Cross-Functional & Venue Commercial Delivery:
  You will serve as the vital operational connector between Formula E’s central commercial headquarters and local Miami partners. Working hand-in-hand with our central Hospitality, Event Operations, and Partnership Management teams, alongside local venue operators, city stakeholders, and premier catering and production agencies. By working closely with Global Account Managers, you ensure that every local activation aligns perfectly with our global partnership standards, delivering a seamless experience that builds fans and partners for seasons to come.

• The "Hunter" Sales Expert:
  You possess a proven track record in B2B sales, hospitality or commercial partnerships within the sports, entertainment or luxury sectors. You have a relentless drive to close deals and an existing network of high-level corporate contacts within Miami. You don't just wait for leads; you create them.
