• Represent sales and marketing initiatives for Aman Residences in the Southwest, with responsibility for Amansanu Residences, in accordance with the sales and marketing strategy established by the Company
• Leverage local knowledge to provide competitive analysis and key metrics for the region
• Proficiency in pricing strategy and inventory management; advise and consult with Company leadership regarding ongoing sales list prices and subsequent revisions
• Collaborate with development partners and senior executives to establish and execute sales goals for the region
• Maintain project level sales and marketing budgets, strategy and regular updates to corporate executives and development partners
• Ability to procure, negotiate and close high-end real estate transactions
• Ability to understand contract documents required for the purpose of the position
• Manage regular sales meetings with sales staff, executives and development partners, and assist Company in engaging, training and supervising Company sales staff
• Provide weekly sales reports containing the status of reservations, purchase and sale agreements, visitor inquiries and other relevant project data requested by Company
• Be available for client meetings and site tours
• Provide prospective purchaser wait-list information to Company as requested
• Submit all offers proposed by prospective purchasers to Company on a timely basis for consideration
• Assist the Amansanu sales office
• Prepare sales and marketing presentations for corporate and development partners
• Travel to projects and regional Aman hotels as required
• Promote product awareness through the attendance of events, seminars, showcases as needed
• Collaborate with Regional Aman properties
• Other duties that may arise as assigned

• College degree or greater
• 5 years minimum in ultra-luxury product industry
• Experience in the regional Real Estate and Luxury Development market is ideal
• Confidence and proven ability to sell premium property
• Proficiency in understanding architectural plans
• Experience in hiring and managing team members, including training and supervising sales staff
• Strong prospecting skills to deliver a robust sales pipeline
