• 90% Field-Based:
  Primarily in-store with an assigned store group; travel across the region as business needs require
• 10% Administrative:
  Order and inventory oversight per store, demo planning and preparation in coordination with the RSM and HQ, reporting field and consumer insights internally, and supporting the RSM in maintaining a centralized calendar of demo and field activity for visibility and budgeting purposes
• Maintain consistent inventory levels across all assigned stores, providing guidance to store teams on product orders (POs) and ensuring each location submits POs on a weekly basis; monitor and minimize shrink (unsold product) to below 10% across the district
• Uphold Oishii merchandising standards on-shelf, as defined by RSM and Oishii leadership, through weekly visits to each store in the district
• Complete post-visit reports via Go Spot Check  (mobile reporting platform) after each store visit; partner with the RSM to develop solutions for market challenges and act on identified opportunities
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at each store location, including produce team members and other department leads, to drive brand awareness and excitement through seeding, sampling, in-store employee events, and product trainings
• Support the RSM in identifying and executing field activations aligned with the company's marketing agenda
• Assist the RSM with business development initiatives, including lead identification, distributor ride-alongs, and sample drops with prospective customers
