Job Description & How to Apply Below

Build strong practice relationships. Own your results. Earn beyond your target.

You know how to get people engaged, turn a conversation into action, and follow through until a new process becomes part of the routine. At Nsight Health, those skills can make a difference for patients—and your earning potential.

We’re hiring a Physician Sales Liaison who brings the hands‑on approach of an Implementation Specialist and the relationship‑building skills of a Customer Success Manager. You’ll help physician practices launch and consistently use our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs. This fully remote role combines client onboarding, implementation, account management, and provider engagement. You’ll own a portfolio of practices, build relationships with physicians and office staff, and make patient referral workflows a consistent part of daily operations.

We pay for performance. Our bonus structure is uncapped, so 90,000–110,000 in on‑target earnings is a target—not a ceiling. Your actual earnings depend on results and the applicable bonus plan.

Why this opportunity stands out:
  • Fully remote: Build practice relationships without field visits or travel.
  • Uncapped bonus potential: Earn a competitive base salary with performance bonuses that reward results.
  • Ownership: Manage your accounts, prioritize your outreach, and take responsibility for moving practices forward.
  • Meaningful work: Help practices connect eligible patients with ongoing care and support.
  • A role that uses your full skill set: Bring together relationship building, implementation, problem solving, and account growth.
What you’ll do:
  • Own the kickoff: Lead onboarding conversations, engage decision‑makers, and establish clear responsibilities and next steps.
  • Turn plans into working processes: Understand how each practice operates and implement referral workflows that fit its daily routine.
  • Build relationships that drive action: Earn trust with physicians, practice managers, front‑desk teams, and billing staff.
  • Keep accounts moving: Maintain daily or weekly follow‑up, address barriers, and help practices build consistent referral activity.
  • Manage your portfolio: Prioritize opportunities, reengage stalled accounts, and adapt your approach based on each practice’s needs.
  • Work within clinical systems: Pull eligible patient lists from EHR/EMR platforms or guide practice staff through the process.
  • Stay organized: Record outreach, outcomes, and next steps in Hub Spot the same day.
  • Use technology effectively: Apply approved AI tools to prioritize outreach and improve efficiency while protecting confidential information.
What success looks like:

Practices successfully launch, staff understand and use the referral process, and consistent engagement supports patient enrollment.

What you’ll bring
  • 2–5 years of experience in implementation, customer success, account management, outbound sales, or patient/provider enrollment.
  • A track record of getting people to adopt a new process and sustain it.
  • Confidence initiating conversations and building relationships with clinical and administrative teams.
  • Persistence, sound judgment, and the ability to turn follow‑up into progress.
  • Experience navigating multiple EHR/EMR systems or comparable clinical data platforms.
  • Strong organization and the ability to manage a portfolio independently.
  • Comfort leading kickoff calls, addressing concerns, and tailoring your message to your audience.
  • An understanding of healthcare program eligibility and protected health information—or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Active, daily use of AI tools in your current or most recent work, with sound judgment about their appropriate use.
Helpful experience
  • Remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, or other…
