• Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of Field Sales Associates across your region
• Set territory plans, activity targets, and revenue quotas for your team
• Personally close mid-market and enterprise accounts (HOAs, multi-site retail, GCs, large events)
• Run weekly pipeline reviews and ride-alongs with reps
• Partner with operations to ensure smooth client transitions and renewals
• Report regional performance and forecasting to executive leadership

• Five or more years of B2B sales experience with two or more in a sales leadership role
• Proven record of building and managing commission-based sales teams
• Strong closer with experience in security, staffing, facilities, or related services
• CRM mastery and disciplined pipeline management
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable being paid for performance
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
