What You'll Do- Own the full sales process from outreach to close
- Engage prospects via phone and email with confidence and urgency
- Build trust quickly, understand client needs, and close with conviction
- Maintain a robust pipeline of buyers and sellers
- Manage activity and pipeline in Salesforce CRM

- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and CRM-based pipeline management
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Willing to learn the CNC and manufacturing industry. No prior CNC experience required - we hire for hustle and we train the rest
- First-year earning potential: $100,000
- Top reps earning: $250,000 or more
