Our Allstate agency in South Daytona Florida is looking for an experienced, hands-on Sales Manager who can lead, coach, and actively sell. If you have a proven record in insurance sales and know how to bring out the best in a team, we'd love to meet you.
Compensation- $75000 base salary for the right qualified candidate.
- Bonus & commission opportunities, with the potential to earn $150,000 total annually based on production.

- Lead by example through your own sales production.
- Coach and motivate the team to meet sales goals.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A results-driven mindset and commitment to excellent customer service.
- An appropriate active Florida insurance license.
- The ability to develop others while consistently producing sales.
