Florida requires proper state licensing to solicit and sell insurance products.

For this position

• Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative or 2-20 General Lines (P&C) license required prior to start
• If not currently licensed, must obtain P&C license before Day 1
• Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity license required within 45 days

What You’ll Own

• Prospecting activity outbound calls, follow-ups, referrals, and local networking
• Building and maintaining a healthy, active pipeline of opportunities
• Running efficient discovery conversations to uncover needs and buying triggers
• Presenting clear, compelling options and asking for the sale with confidence
• Managing your book of prospects from first contact through closed business
• Maintaining strong follow-up cadence to increase conversion rates
• Tracking daily activity, pipeline movement, and production metrics
• Identifying upsell opportunities and maximizing value on every interaction
