We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Front Desk Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious high-rise in Brickell. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to security, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a polished and professional demeanor.

Front Desk Security Officer
Hourly Rate: $16.00.

Responsibilities

• Security:
  Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring the safety and security of residents and property.
• Customer Service:
  Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Package Management:
  Efficiently handle and distribute incoming and outgoing packages.
• Emergency Response:
  Respond to emergency situations, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, and security breaches.
• Administrative Tasks:
  Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports.
• Vehicle Control:
  Monitor vehicle access and parking.
• Building Inspections:
  Conduct regular inspections of the building and grounds.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 6 months of experience in high-rise condominium security.
• Computer Proficiency:
  Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Reliable Transportation:
  Must have reliable transportation (own car).
• Physical Fitness:
  Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills:
  Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
• Attention to Detail:
  Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
