• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and control entry and exit to restricted areas.
• Document and report security‑related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company and site procedures.
• Work collaboratively with local law enforcement and emergency services.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential threats and reassure the public and staff.
• Follow all protocols for armed security duties, including responsible handling and storage of firearms.

• Three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security‑related experience or a college degree.
• Armed guard card or license as required by the client or jurisdiction.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
