Pay Rate: $27.01 / Hour

- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior.
- Monitor access points and control entry and exit to restricted areas.
- Document and report security‑related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company and site procedures.
- Work collaboratively with local law enforcement and emergency services.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential threats and reassure the public and staff.
- Follow all protocols for armed security duties, including responsible handling and storage of firearms.
- Three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security‑related experience or a college degree.
- Armed guard card or license as required by the client or jurisdiction.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Subject to background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
