Beau Dietl & Associates is hiring a full‑time, on‑site Luxury Armed Security Guard
in Miami, FL,for a high‑standard, client‑facing environment. This role requires professionalism, presence, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm and decisive.

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence and deter unauthorized activity
• Conduct patrols and interior/exterior checks to ensure the safety and security of the site
• Control access points, verify credentials, and manage visitor/vendor entry
• Monitor surveillance systems and proactively identify suspicious behavior or risks
• Respond to incidents and emergencies quickly, appropriately, and in compliance with policy and law
• Write clear, detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold client service standards at all times
• Follow post orders, company protocols, and all applicable legal requirements

• Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or luxury/high‑end armed security
• Valid Florida Class G Armed Security License (and any required permits)
• Strong situational awareness, de‑escalation skills, and sound decision‑making
• Excellent communication and report writing (professional, clear, detailed)
• Physically fit with the stamina to stand, patrol, and respond as needed
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a high‑end environment
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional security training is a plus)

• Pay: $28–$30 per hour (based on experience), plus incentives
• Meals provided: Lunch and dinner provided on premises
• Uniform provided: Three‑piece suit provided and dry‑cleaned on premises
