Security Officer - Miami

Position Summary

Nation Security is seeking a Bilingual Security Officer (Spanish & English) to join our professional team in the Downtown/Brickell area. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in security and customer service who are committed to maintaining a safe environment while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-profile setting.

• Maintain a strong, visible security presence while monitoring the premises for suspicious or unsafe activity.
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests, employees, and visitors while enforcing site policies.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify and address potential safety risks or security concerns.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, including medical, fire, and other critical incidents.
• Manage access control, assist with crowd management, and oversee parking operations as needed.
• Prepare accurate, detailed reports on incidents, accidents, and other security-related events.
• Enforce building rules and regulations to ensure a secure and orderly environment.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Florida Class D Security License.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and conduct.
• Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to service excellence.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

$15 - $16 an hour

Experience in Downtown/Brickell or other upscale, high-traffic environments.

First Aid, CPR, or AED certification.
