Tue 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the retail mall location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the mall and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or emergencies to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors, tenants, and/or employees by providing information and directions as needed.
• Support emergency response activities as required by site-specific procedures.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents within the retail environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post and is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
