As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a prominent government location. You will conduct regular unarmed patrols of assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security‑related incidents and provide peace of mind to those on site. Your responsibilities include monitoring for unusual activity, responding to incidents as needed, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear and professional communication.

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner to support the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious or unusual activities, maintaining detailed and accurate records as required by the post.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary to address incidents at the location.
• Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and information while maintaining a professional presence.
• Adhere to all Allied Universal policies and procedures while representing the company at the government location.

• Must have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security‑related experience or possess a college degree.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
