As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and providing a reassuring presence for tenants, visitors, and staff. You will be counted on to respond quickly to situations, communicate clearly with all individuals on site, and deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction.

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients, following security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor building access points and observe for any unusual activity or conditions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Collaborate with property management and local authorities as needed to address incidents or concerns.
• Remain visible and approachable to tenants, visitors, and staff to foster a secure environment and provide assistance as needed.

• Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
