As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a major financial institution, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help create a secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and executing emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the financial institution’s buildings and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and access points within the location to help deter unauthorized entry and/or breaches.
• Complete reports and documentation related to daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency responders when appropriate during critical situations.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help deter potential disruptions and provide reassurance to clients and visitors.

• Applicants must have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security‑related experience or possess a college degree.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
