• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries related to site services, hours of operations, directions, etc.
• Check guests in/out in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Receive incoming telephone or alarm system calls regarding emergency and non-emergency situations.
• Monitor and operate security video system to observe and detect potential issues.
• Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel.
• Generate reports for theft, alarms, maintenance issues and other incidents that may occur in an efficient manner.
• Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor.
• Make periodic patrols to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.

• Security D License.
• FL Driver's License.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years security experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Preferred:
  Bilingual.
