• Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security procedures and site‑specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and local authorities during incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unwanted activity and reassure residents and visitors.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with all laws.
• Criminal history considered consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen will be required as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state or local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
