Operations Agent / Security (Morning & Evening) First Service Residential Provided Pay Range

$18.00/hr - $18.00/hr

As an Operations Agent, you are amongst some of the most valued associates at our properties. Your presence and knowledge reassure both residents and guests that the safety and security of the property is being properly cared for by a dedicated and detail‑oriented associate.

• Monitoring the alarm system and contacting the company if there are issues.
• Accurately maintaining daily logs, records, and forms.
• Responding to emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Following safety procedures and striving to maintain a safe work environment.
• Walking property and gatehouse.
• Reporting all property violations.

• Critical thinking, problem solving, judgment and decision‑making abilities are necessary.
• Ability to maintain positivity and diplomacy in a fast‑paced environment.
• Possession of strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and communicate successfully with residents and the team.
• Possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

• Ability to work in various positions, including but not limited to stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time, climbing stairs, navigating the property/building quickly and easily as required to meet the job function.
• Ability to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed.
• Ability to repeat various motions with the wrists, hands, and fingers.

As a full‑time non‑exempt associate, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits which include multiple medical plans, dental, and vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time‑off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.

$19.00 hourly
