As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Access Coordination in Miami, FL
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter security-related incidents, and support access control. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while responding to alarms and supporting a welcoming environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and/or vendors while following site-specific procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established response protocols.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and vendor activity in accordance with property procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and promptly communicate security-related incidents, hazards, and/or concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
