Position: Part-Time Roving Security Officer

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday

Pay Rate: $15.00

Hours: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Employment Type: Part-Time

License: Valid Florida Class D Security License required

We are seeking a dependable and professional Part-Time Roving Security Officer to provide overnight security coverage at a residential property. This position will focus on patrolling the property, monitoring the garage and pool areas, assisting at the checkpoint, and working closely with front desk personnel.

• Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the property
• Patrol and monitor the parking garage and pool area
• Perform checkpoint duties and monitor vehicles entering or located on the property
• Work closely with front desk personnel regarding vehicles that may require warnings, tagging, or towing
• Identify and report unauthorized, improperly parked, or suspicious vehicles
• Observe the property for suspicious activity, safety concerns, or unauthorized access
• Maintain communication with the front desk during the shift
• Document incidents and complete required security reports
• Maintain a professional and visible security presence
• Provide courteous service when interacting with residents, guests, vendors, and staff

• Valid Florida Class D Security License
• Must be available Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 PM–5:00 AM
• Comfortable performing extensive walking and roving patrols
• Able to work independently while maintaining communication with front desk staff
• Must be reliable, punctual, alert, and professional
• Customer-service oriented with good communication skills
• Comfortable working overnight and monitoring garage/outdoor areas
