Responsible for the installation of various waterproofing treatments and assisting in waterproofing applications and related work.

• Perform waterproofing and restoration work.
• Conduct leak investigations, water testing, and repairs for water infiltration issues.
• Install waterproofing treatments using appropriate equipment, following established procedures.
• Assist in waterproofing applications, working with a range of chemicals and coating products.
• Perform minor exterior repairs related to concrete, masonry, sealants, and waterproofing issues on buildings and parking structures.
• Access work areas using boom lifts, scissor lifts, scaffolds, ladders, or bosun chairs; training will be provided.
• Conduct integrity testing and troubleshooting to identify breaches or defects in waterproofing membranes/coatings.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are in working order and arrange replacements as needed.
• Follow all health and safety practices and procedures.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

• High physical fitness and endurance; ability to lift objects up to 25kg.
• Knowledge of roofing, waterproofing, and coating materials is a plus.

• 2-5 years of experience in waterproofing or a related field.

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Potential contact with hazardous materials.
• Occasional work at heights requiring safety procedures.
