RF Field Technician - DAS Installer

Cell Antenna Wireless is seeking an experienced RF Field Technician to work with our installation teams on distributed antenna systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in installation, terminating, and following standard procedures for coaxial and fibre cabling. The work involves tasks on both construction sites and finished buildings.

Responsibilities include:

• Installation of antennas, cabling, terminations, and passive components.
• Collecting and delivering close-out information such as antenna power readings, installation photos, and cable sweep results.
• Working as part of a team where performance and quality are measured.
• Experience in cable installation, including antennas and passive components.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background screening.
• Good physical condition.
• High school diploma.
• Experience with hand tools.
