• Wiring of new and retrofit installations in both residential and commercial applications, including attic work.
• Installation, programming, and troubleshooting of telephone systems, security cameras, access control, and cell phone boosters.
• Installation, programming, and troubleshooting of smart thermostats and motorized window treatments.
• Installation, programming, and troubleshooting of network devices, with basic knowledge of networking.
• Design, install, program, and troubleshoot a home theater.
• Home automation with Control

• Assembly of custom Audio/Video racks.
• Installation, programming, and troubleshooting of Audio/Video components such as surround sound receivers and multi-zone audio amplifiers.
• Ability to troubleshoot and assist customers telephonically.

• Own a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license; excellent driving record.
• Own basic hand tools.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug testing.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills; ability to troubleshoot remotely over the phone.
• Relevant experience in residential A/V installation and home automation (preferred).
