The wage range for this position is $32/hr – $38/hr based on experience and qualifications.

• Eight or more years of electrical experience
• Excellent understanding of NEC Code requirements and OSHA safe work practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A valid Florida State or County Journeyman Electrician license
• Skilled at detailed material take offs for specific work areas to create work plan.
• Proven experience with short‑term scheduling and for work plans.
• Ability to communicate work plan to employees to get the desired result.
• History in QA processes and labor production tracking.
• Proven ability to clearly define daily goals to the crew, consistently follow up on progress, train on areas they are not strong in and mentor them in their career path.
• Proven ability to interpret plans, specifications, and product data
• Proven ability to proactively identify and DOCUMENT problems/constraints and resolve them timely and professionally.
• Technically proficient in Procore, Outlook, Smartsheets, Open Space
