SUMMARY

As a Waterproofing & Caulking Technician, you will be responsible for installing, applying, and maintaining a variety of waterproofing and caulking systems on buildings and structures. You will ensure that all materials are applied in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards, delivering high-quality results. Additionally, you will help field operations, foremen, and superintendents to complete projects on time and within budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply waterproofing membranes, coatings, sealants, and other products to roofs, balconies, foundations, and other structures.
• Perform caulking duties, including sealing joints, windows, expansion joints, and control joints using a variety of caulking products.
• Perform prep work such as surface cleaning, crack repairs, and removal of old waterproofing or caulking materials.
• Conduct water tests to ensure the integrity of waterproofed surfaces.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to solve on-site issues and ensure efficient project completion.

REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable transportation.
• Drug-free.
• Physical ability to perform hands-on work in various weather.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, as needed.
• Experience in waterproofing, caulking, or construction is preferred but not required—training is available for motivated individuals.

All Waterproofing & Caulking Technicians are paid hourly, with wages determined by skill level and experience. Compensation is based on industry standards and norms.
