Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Part-Time Residential Epoxy Flooring Installer to help execute high-quality residential coating projects. This is not an entry-level role. You’ll be responsible for hands‑on installation work—from surface prep to final topcoat—while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform full installation process for residential floor coatings (grinding, repairs, epoxy application, flakes, polyaspartic topcoats)
• Maintain strict quality control throughout each stage of the project
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized job site
• Represent Carbon Concrete Coatings with reliability, integrity, and pride in workmanship

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hands‑on experience installing epoxy, flake, and/or polyaspartic coating systems
• Strong attention to detail—“good enough” is not acceptable
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on‑site
• Professional, dependable, and committed to high‑quality craftsmanship
• Physical capability to grind concrete, lift materials, and perform installation tasks
