AMLI Residential has a Maintenance Technician opening atAs the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the apartment building and grounds.

Duties include:

* Perform general and higher level maintenance services such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
* Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
* Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
* Per policy, conduct inspections as required, and participate in preventative maintenance, including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
* Clean work area, tools, and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and the management company.

** Requirements:
*** Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training.
* On Call and weekend availability is required.
* EPA Refrigerant Certified (type 1 and 2 or Universal) or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.

* Responsabilidades:

*** Realizar mantenimiento general y avanzado, incluyendo HVAC, plomería, electricidad, carpintería, reparación de electrodomésticos y reemplazo de vidrios.
* Llevar a cabo inspecciones y mantenimiento preventivo en áreas como la piscina, iluminación exterior, cambios de filtros e inspecciones de apartamentos.
* Preparar apartamentos desocupados para nuevos residentes mediante inspecciones y reparaciones necesarias.
* Reparar o reemplazar ventanas, cerraduras, mosquiteros, puertas corredizas de vidrio, estanterías, espejos, persianas, ventiladores de techo y luces.
* Asistir en tareas de pintura y reparación de paneles de yeso.
* Responder a las solicitudes de servicio de los residentes de manera rápida y eficiente.
* Participar en el sistema de guardias rotativas, incluyendo noches y fines de semana.
