We are looking to hire experienced, detail-oriented residential HVAC Technicians to join our growing team. Technicians will be skilled in performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC equipment. This position has the potential for growth within the company, as we are expanding. Year round, full time work available.

Position summary:

• Maintaining and heating and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems and parts.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Providing customers with appropriate repair and replacement options that meet their needs.
• Maintaining logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.

What we expect:

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to develop professionally
• Ability to work with our customer service platform (CRM)
• Tools & approved vehicle
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
