About the roleWe provide all decorations, materials, and project details so you can focus on what you do best: creating stunning holiday designs! As a Lead Holiday Decorator, you’ll oversee installations, bring creative vision to each project, and ensure our clients’ homes sparkle for the season.

- Design and style Christmas trees, garlands, wreaths, and full-room décor with creativity and precision, using the supplies provided by Noel Decor.
- Ensure each project reflects Noel Decor’s high standards and client expectations
- Manage time and workflow so projects finish smoothly and on schedule
- Communicate with clients and represent Noel Decor with professionalism and holiday cheer
- Professional Christmas decorating experience required (portfolio or photos of past work strongly encouraged)
- Strong eye for design and ability to execute luxury-level holiday aesthetics
- Experience leading a team or managing on-site workflow
- Excellent time-management skills — ability to stay on schedule without sacrificing detail
- Professionalism and strong client-facing communication skills
- Comfortable climbing ladders to decorate trees up to 12 ft
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
Schedule:
Anywhere from 1-3 days per install (anywhere from 1-10 installs a season) based on clients/decorators schedule.
Experience:
- Christmas decorating: 1 year (Required)
