Pay: $70,000 - $120,000 per year (based on performance)
Schedule:
Full-time, year-round work with variable hours - weekend availability is required
Must speak fluent English and Spanish

Responsibilities:
- You’ll troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems using top-quality tools, full technical support, and professional training.
- You’ll be backed by a strong leadership team and a company committed to your success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
- Must have basic HVAC tools, including:
- Torch kit
- Vacuum pump
- Leak detector
- Wet vac
- Refrigerant scale
