Maintenance Technician

• Prepare and assist in maintaining offices through painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, and housekeeping.
• Perform hands-on maintenance of the property, including inspections, repairs, and general upkeep of interior and exterior areas.
• Install and repair electrical systems and components of machinery and equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and record findings.
• Provide on-call emergency services as required.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, keeping them free of trash and debris.
• Monitor and maintain mechanical equipment such as water heaters and HVAC units.
• Diagnose malfunctions in transformers, motors, lighting fixtures, and replace damaged wires and components.

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least one year of hands-on apartment maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment; valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
