• Showing care and concern for residents through excellence in service ticket resolution and preventive maintenance.
• Resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Preparing vacant apartments for move‑in through turn‑over repairs and improvements.
• Preserving the building’s beauty and community safety through general upkeep, cleanliness, snow removal, and grounds maintenance.
• Providing residents with outstanding customer service.
• Working weekends or evenings and being on call for after‑hour emergencies.

• Experience in building maintenance or education in the trades.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergency situations, including an on‑call rotation.
• Ability to exert 25–50 pounds of force frequently, or 10–20 pounds continuously.
• Personal reliable transportation to work and on‑call emergencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A sharp professional appearance.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using various software, apps, and programs.
• A service mentality and a thirst for learning.

Salary Range
$43,000 – $45,000 USD
