MOT / TTC (Maintenance of Traffic / Temporary Traffic Control) – Foreman / Crew Lead. Growing company seeking a dependable employee who is looking for a company home that allows for growth and security.
Work includes, but is not limited to, flagging traffic, setting up safe work zones to control vehicular and pedestrian traffic, setting up signage, cones, barrels, arrow boards, message boards per FDOT specifications and permit requirements, and safely driving company truck to support the work.

- Safely drive company truck to support the work.
- Flagging traffic and maintaining a good attitude of learning the work and supporting the team.
- FDOT 'TEMPOROARY TRAFFIC CONTROL - ADVANCED COURSE' Certified.
- At least 1 year of working Traffic Control. Valid Florida driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Willing to pick up and drop off team members before/after work if needed.
- Willing and able to stand outside for long periods of time.
- Willing and able to pick up 50 pounds safely.
- Employees may be asked to travel for overnight stays within Florida.
- Drug‑free workplace; must submit and pass drug/alcohol testing and screenings.
- No felony convictions in the last 5 years.
- Willing and able to absorb and understand safety training and follow the standards – keeping team and public safe.
Full‑time
Schedule- 10‑hour shift

- Advanced Temporary Traffic Control (Required)
- Driver’s License (Required)
- FDOT/ATSSA Advanced MOT Certification
$17.00 / hr (straight time – first 40 hrs. / week) → $19.00 / hr (after 90 days). Hourly rate × 1.5 for overtime (any hours over 40 hrs. / week). Typically work 5 ten‑hour days plus applicable drive time.
Work LocationOn the road within the State of Florida.
