We’re looking for skilled, motivated Trailer Mechanics to join our team and help keep America’s fleets moving.
About the RoleTrailer Mechanics are responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing semi-trailers to ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. This position calls for strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of trailer systems.

What We OfferStarting pay: $25–$35/hr

Inspect, diagnose, and repair all major trailer systems
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and replace faulty components
Perform preventive maintenance on ABS, frames, bodies, doors, tires, and electrical systems
Work independently while delivering high-quality service
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Safely operate a mobile service truck when required
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to maximize fleet uptime
Follow all safety protocols and company standards
RequirementsProven experience as a Trailer Mechanic
Solid understanding of trailer repair and maintenance techniques
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
