** What You’ll Do
** As a
** Commercial Refrigeration Technician**, you’ll be the expert who keeps essential refrigeration systems operating at their best. Your responsibilities will include:
* Servicing commercial and supermarket refrigeration systems—walk‑ins, freezers, reach‑ins, rack systems, and more.
* Performing preventative maintenance to ensure peak equipment performance.
* Troubleshooting and repairing systems with confidence and minimal supervision.
* Providing excellent customer service while representing Five Star Refrigeration in the field.
* Following all safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
* Participating in on‑call rotations in a 24/7 service environment (with premium pay for on‑call shifts).
* Maintaining accurate service and maintenance records.
* Assisting in other service areas when needed to support the team.##  
** What You Bring to the Team
*** 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration.
* Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical repair skills.
* Technical training through apprenticeships, RSES, trade school, or equivalent experience.
* EPA Certification and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* Experience working with a variety of refrigerants.
* A commitment to quality, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a customer‑focused mindset.##
