Best Buy is seeking an Appliance Installation and Repair Technician to travel to customers’ homes to diagnose, disassemble, and repair large products. You’ll lead a two-person crew and help ensure orders are completed profitably while delivering a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities include directing routes, managing parts and returns, triage of issues, and offering alternatives when needed. A valid driver’s license and at least 6 months of consumer electronics experience are required.
