The Glass Installer role is a full-time position based in the Miami, Broward, and Palm Beach area, with on-site installations. Day-to-day responsibilities include measuring, cutting, transporting, and installing glass for shower enclosures, mirrors, glass railings, wine cellars, and custom architectural features in residential, commercial, and marine environments. The role involves safely handling glass and related materials, using appropriate tools and hardware, ensuring accurate fit and finish, and following safety standards and company procedures.

Additional tasks may include inspecting completed work, troubleshooting minor installation issues, maintaining tools and vehicles, and keeping detailed records of work performed.

• Practical experience with glass installation including measuring, cutting, fitting, and sealing.
• Knowledge of glazing techniques and materials, with the ability to ensure secure, weather-tight, and aesthetically pleasing installations.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly on-site and represent the company professionally.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, and measurements; strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with physical work, including lifting glass, working on ladders, and handling tools safely; adherence to safety protocols and PPE use.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in glass installation, construction, or a related trade preferred; relevant technical training or certification is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing job sites and schedules.
