Powertech Electric LLC is looking for a skilled and driven Electrical Foreman / Superintendent to lead our crews on exciting projects across Miami, FL. Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on commercial, residential, or industrial job sites
- Interpret and execute work from blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC codes, local ordinances, and safety regulations
- Manage project schedules, material procurement, and job site logistics
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout all phases of electrical installation
- Communicate progress, issues, and updates directly to project managers and stakeholders
- Mentor and train apprentices and journeymen electricians on best practices and safety protocols
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred;
Florida state licensure a plus - 5+ years of electrical field experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes, OSHA safety standards, and local Miami-Dade regulations
- Proven ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and crew management skills
- Experience with commercial, industrial, or large-scale residential electrical projects
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
