Cambridge Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician - RAV with HVAC certification for part-time, on-site work in Florida. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to service requests, and assist with make-ready apartments while ensuring safety standards and excellent resident service.
Under supervision, you will coordinate tasks, document work in our systems, and collaborate with the maintenance team and vendors. Experience with One Site/Real Page and OSHA adherence is preferred.
