We’re looking for a compassionate and organized Intake Counselor to serve as the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking services. This role involves conducting intake and assessment interviews (phone and in-person), providing information and referrals to community resources, and supporting clients with empathy and professionalism.

• Conduct initial client assessments and determine appropriate services or referrals
• Provide accurate information, guidance, and linkage to programs
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in the agency system
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in community outreach

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 3+ years experience in social services, behavioral health, or community outreach
• Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Must have a valid Florida driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within Miami‑Dade County

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with Monday‑Thursday 8am‑5pm, Friday 8am‑4pm.
