Pay
: $22.60 per hour

• Administrate, develop and facilitate the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student in your caseload.
• Collaborate with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each youth's treatment plan by providing individual counseling and skill development.
• Communicate with families, probation officers, referral agencies, etc. on the progress of each youth on your caseload.
• Provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the youth’s needs; monitor and document clinical behaviors and activities; and participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.

• BA/BS in a related field.
• Prior case management experience, including three years' experience with juveniles.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (no THC), physical, TB test, and search of the child abuse central registry.

5 Days on, 2 Days off – 40 hours/week.
