Job DescriptionBilingual Intake Specialist, Senior Services
Miami, FL | Full-Time | $18 per hour
- Help seniors complete applications and understand the documents they need.
- Review applications and supporting records to determine eligibility under program guidelines.
- Follow up with applicants and partner organizations to gather missing information.
- Enter accurate case notes and maintain records in the organization’s database.
- Explain application decisions and next steps clearly and respectfully.
- Participate in community outreach events to help older adults learn about available services.
- Work with your team to process applications on time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication, organization, and data entry skills.
- A patient, compassionate approach to working with older adults.
