This Court Program Specialist II position manages participants in Miami-Dade's post-adjudicatory adult drug court, coordinating treatment planning, monitoring progress, and maintaining communication with judges, treatment providers, and probation officers. The case manager conducts assessments, provides crisis intervention, links participants to community resources, and reports to the Adult Drug Court Coordinator. The position is state-funded through June 30, 2027, with potential for continued funding beyond that date.
Keyqualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, mental health counseling, or related field
- Three years of related professional experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and online platforms
- Ability to work under stressful conditions and maintain confidentiality
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
