South Florida Youth Academy is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk male youth aged 14 to 18who require behavioral/mental health,substance abuse, andmajor disorder services. The programs utilize evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while at the program.
Pay :
Starting at $19 per hour.

What you will do:
- Provide 24‑hour security and supervision to always ensure the safety of our Youth.
- Monitor and document behaviors.
- Monitor and join the Youth during Sports and Recreation time.
- Assist and mentor the youth while they learn and develop within the program.
To be considered, you should:
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Have one year of experience working with at‑risk youth in a direct care position OR 60 hours of college education.
- Possess a Driver’s License.
Schedule: Rotating Schedule.
