• Degree(s)/Major(s):
  Bachelor or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
• Certification(s):
  Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Word Press Backend Developer.
• Experience with Core PHP and Word Press Plugin and Theme Development.

• Working knowledge of CORE PHP/MySQL.
• Good knowledge and experience in building Word Press CMS websites using the best practices.
• Create well-structured Word Press custom themes and plugins.
• Conduct website performance tests.
• Maintain the appearance and updates of websites.
• Troubleshoot content issues.
• Create Word Press plugins to support site functionality and integrations.
• Optimize websites for mobile users.
• Proficiency in customizing, developing, and integrating Word Press backend & themes
• Ability to create e-commerce websites using Woo Commerce will be a plus point.
• Creating the website architecture.
• Managing the website back-end, including database and server integration.
• Troubleshooting content issues.
• Monitoring the performance of the live website.
• Reporting & follow-up with clients.
• Profound knowledge of Word Press core functionality, including hooks, filters, and the WP REST API.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and MySQL for developing custom Word Press plugins and optimizing database queries.
• Ability to create bespoke Word Press themes from scratch or customize existing themes for pixel-perfect design and compatibility.
• Skill in integrating RESTful APIs, OAuth, and other web services to extend Word Press functionality and enhance user experience.
• Implement advanced caching strategies, optimize asset loading, and use profiling tools to ensure top-notch website performance.
• In-depth knowledge of Word Press security best practices, including data sanitization, user authentication, and protection against common vulnerabilities.
• Proficient use of Git for version control and setting up continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient development workflows.
• Experience in scaling Word Press databases, utilizing indexing, query optimization, and caching mechanisms for high-traffic websites.
• Familiarity with server management, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and serverless architectures to ensure robust hosting and infrastructure setup.

• Experience in writing clean, well-designed code and strong OOP Concepts
• Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices.
• Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.
• Maintain updated knowledge of the development industry and any advancements in technology.
• Meet tight deadlines as required.
• Performing other relevant tasks as per requirement.
• Identify and troubleshoot various website issues and coding problems.
• Collaborate with members of the website team (including designers and back-end developers) to improve the functionality consistently and user-friendliness of the web applications
