They are now hiring a Senior Engineer to join a small, elite engineering team, playing a key role in defining how AI systems are built, monitored, and scaled in production.

You'll work onsite in Miami, owning the design and delivery of core internal AI platform tooling that drives quality, reliability, and performance. You'll operate across backend systems (Python/FastAPI), data (Postgre

SQL/Supabase), cloud infrastructure, observability, and messaging/telephony, while setting engineering standards and best practices across the platform.

This role is ideal for a senior engineer who wants real ownership, architectural influence, and visible impact, with a clear path toward Staff / Lead as the company scales.

• Strong backend Python (FastAPI preferred)
• Deep SQL/Postgre

• Proven experience designing and owning production CI/CD pipelines
• Strong background in automated testing and reliability‑focused engineering
• Hands‑on expertise in observability (logs, metrics, traces)
• Experience building and scaling 0‑to‑1 systems in fast‑moving environments

• Lead the design and build of AI platform performance, reliability, and observability tools
• Backend development using Python / FastAPI
